REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin

February 15, 2007

Chairman Ken Anderson called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Don Clements, Burdette Nelson, Keith Larson, Karene Uhe, Doreen O’Donnell, Ray Hummel, and Chuck Norman attended.

 

Proof of proper notice was shown.

 

The minutes of January 31, 2007, stand as read.

 

Burdette motioned to approve accounts payable of $214,765.82, the bulk of which were tax settlement payments. Don seconded. All in favor; motion carried.

 

Vernon County Emergency Management will be sponsoring an informational training on Incident Command System (ICS) for Executives and Disaster Response and Recovery on Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. Several board members will be attending.

 

Old business: The board signed a letter addressed to B&T Properties requesting payment for the property tax on the easement.

 

New Business: Gravel and sealcoat bids will be put in the paper next week. The Primary Election is February 20, 2007.

 

The date for the next meeting was set for February 28, 2007, at 6 p.m.

 

Ken motioned to adjourn at 6:45 p.m. Burdette seconded. All in favor; motion carried.
