REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin

July 2nd, 2007

Ken Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Don Clements, Ray Key, Chuck Norman, Karene Uhe, Doreen O’Donnell, Burdett Nelson, Harley McMillen, Patty Pietsch and Heidi Stendel were in attendance

Proof of proper notice was shown.

The minutes of June 18th, 2007 stand as read.

 Upon review of payables, Ken made the motion to approve total disbursements of $3,345.37. Don seconded. All in favor: motion carried.

Old Road Signs it was decided were to be displayed at the town recycle center and sold for $20 each. Ray made the motion to approve and Ken Seconded. All in favor; motion carried.

Clerk’s report mentioned “thank you” from the Rescue Squad for donation, state inspection status of built homes in township, Mailed out 54 letters to dog owners who have not purchased license in the township, emergency management training available in Alabama, & 90% DOT reimbursement on safety road projects.

Approved resolution 2007-3 to allow conditional variance to Ronald Nash as agreed by affected neighbor, Roberts Schulz.

Old Business:  Status of Fencing dispute resolution and report of illegal garbage dumping – Town patrolmen cleaned up mess & culprit was reported to sheriff.

New Business: Per audience to visitors

Audience to visitors:

Harley McMillen requested information on gravel ordering from Kraemer.

Patty Pietsch and Heidi Stendel asked what distance from property line well should be installed. Also what the road right of way width was so as to install fencing.

Date for next regular board meeting – Monday, July 16th, 2007, at 7:00 pm at the town hall.

Ken made motion to adjourn at 8:00 pm. Don seconded. All in favor; motion carried.
