REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin

June 4th, 2007

Ken Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Don Clements, Ray Key, Chuck Norman, Jim Holmberg & Ray Hummel were in attendendence.

Proof of proper notice was shown.

The minutes of May 16^th and May 23, 2007 stand as read.

Karene is  absent -  No treasurer’s report.

Upon review of payables, Don made the motion to approve total disbursements of $12,294.91. Ken seconded. All in favor: motion carried.

It was decided that Norske Road would get the gravel this year in prep for seal coating next year.

Noted that Ken and Chuck will over the summer inspect all the town roads for t heir condition and ate them of the Federal-State PASER pavement rating report due in November.

Clerk’s report mentioned property status changes regarding Managed Forest Law and Farmland Preservation Quarterly notice of Transfer plus the state inspection status of built homes in the town of Kickapoo.

Old Business:

The gas tank variance by the town hall is being resolved and hopefully the red tag will be permanently removed in the near future.  A fence viewing is coming up on June 11^th to resolve a dispute between two property owners,  Ron Peterson and Rita Ioraitti. It is scheduled for 4:00 pm at the property in question and officials will meet at the town hall at 3:00 pm.

Audience to visitors:

Jim Holmberg and Ray Hummel had no issues, their positive contributions throughout the meeting was dully noted and appreciated.

Date for next regular board meeting – Monday, June 18^th, 2007, at 7:00 pm at the town hall. Note, there is also a BOR hearing/deliberation scheduled for the same morning at 10:00 am. (Ocooch Mt. Prairie LLD)

 

Ken made motion to adjourn at 8:35 pm. Don seconded. All in favor; motion carried.
