REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin

December 19th, 2007

Ken Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Don Clements, Ray Key, Harley McMillen, Karene Uhe, Keith Larson, Chuck Norman and Caleb Uhe were in attendance

Proof of proper notice was shown.

 

The minutes of December 3, 2007 stand as read.

 

 Upon review of payables, Don made the motion to approve total disbursements of $58,057.56 Ray seconded. All in favor: motion carried.

 

Treasurer’s Report:  $74, 522 in checking and $267,332 in savings.

 

Seven election inspectors were approved by motion made by Don and seconded by Ray.

 

Ken made a motion to purchase Motorola Radios and seconded by Ray. Motion passed. State will pay for the radios and we will pay our share after receipt of the radios.

 

Tabled the Policy for Poll Workers.

 

Ray made a motion and seconded by Ken to purchase a Hewlett Packard 640 fax for $79.88. A dedicated phone line will not be necessary.

Date for next regular board meeting – Monday January 7 at 7:00 pm at the town hall.

 

Ken made motion to adjourn at 8:10 pm. Don seconded. All in favor; motion carried.
