SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
April 2, 2008
Chairman Ken Anderson called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM.
Proof of proper notice was provided
Bids were received from:
Portland Implement
Hundt Implement
St Joseph
Horizon Implement
Ken made motion to buy the Massey Ferguson Model 5445 with Kuhn disk mower for $46,900 from St Joseph. Don seconded. Our purchase is contingent on selling our current tractor we are expecting to get $12,000. If we get enough for our tractor we would also like to purchase a backhoe attachment.
Ray made motion to adjourn, Don seconded. Meeting adjourned at 6:23PM.
