TOWN OF KICKAPOO
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
May 13, 2008
Attendees: Ken Anderson, Ray Key, Don Clements, Karene Uhe, Harley McMillen, Ray Hummel, Kevin Schmitz (Scott Construction) Darrel R. Alenander, John McCullick, Brandon Halverson (Fahner Asphalt Co.)
Meeting was called to order at 6:29 PM. Proof of proper notice was given.
Meeting was temporarily adjourned so a fence visit could be made. The meeting resumed at 7:10 PM. Minutes from the May 13, 2008 were approved as read.
Approve accounts payable by a motion of Don Clements and seconded by Ray Key.
A discussion concerning the loan payment occurred. No decisions were made at this time.
Seal Coating bids were opened from Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC and Scott Construction, Inc. No action was taken on the bids.
Motion made be Don Clements and seconded by Ray Key to purchase a back hoe on a payment plan. Details to follow at the next meeting.
The township will replace the fence up to the brush pile and move brush pile to an unspecified destination. Action will be taken within 4 weeks.
Set date for our next meeting: May 27 at 6:00 PM ..
Ray made motion to adjourn, Don seconded.
