TOWN OF KICKAPOO
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
May 27, 2008
Attendees: Ken Anderson, Ray Key, Don Clements, Karene Uhe, Harley McMillen, Ray Hummel, Jim Holcomb
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Proof of proper notice was given.
Minutes from the May 13, 2008 were approved as read.
Approve accounts payable by a motion of Don Clements and seconded by Ray Key.
Don Clements made a motion to approve the loan terms for the tractor and back hoe. Motion was seconded by Ray Clements. The loan was with St Joseph Equipment.
Seal Coating bid from Scott Construction was accepted on a motion made by Ken Anderson and seconded by Don Clements..
Yearly road inspection will occur on June 18, 2008 from8:30 to 5:00 PM
Date for our next meeting: is June 10, 2008 at 6:00 PM.
Ken made a motion to adjourn, Don seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.
