TOWN OF KICKAPOO
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
June 27, 2008
Attendees: Ken Anderson, Ray Key, Don Clements, Karene Uhe, Harley McMillen
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Proof of proper notice was given.
Minutes from the June 10, 2008 were approved as read.
Minutes from the Yearly Road Inspection on June 18, 2008 were approved as read.
Approve accounts payable by a motion of Ken Anderson and seconded by Ray Key.
Ken Anderson made a motion, seconded by Don Clements to call for a
Resolution for a Special Town Meeting on Monday July, 12, 2208 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of said meeting shall be for the electors to discuss and act on the following:
Authorizing the Town Board to further exceed the highway spending limited as permitted under Wisconsin Statue 82.03(2)(a) due to the June 8, 2008 flood and increased fuel costs. Motion passed unanimously.
Discussions regarding seal coating and gravel order was tabled until after the Special Town Meeting.
Date for next meeting is Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 6:00 PM.
Ray motioned and Don seconded for the meeting to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
