TOWN OF KICKAPOO
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
July 15, 2008
Attendees: Ken Anderson, Ray Key, Don Clements, Karene Uhe, Harley McMillen,
Ray Hummel, Eric Gilgenbach
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Proof of proper notice was given.
Minutes from the June 27, 2008 were approved as read.
Approve accounts payable by a motion of Ken Anderson and seconded by Don Clements.
The township clerk passed out the Kickapoo Township Payroll schedule for review of the Board Members. It was decided to change the wording for township supervisors to “other meetings Outside Regular Township Meetings. Ken Anderson said the clerk postings should read as a $10.00 monthly fuel surcharge. No other suggestions were made and a revised schedule will be available to the next town meeting for approval.
The board approved the postponing of the loan payment until October 2009.
Gravel orders by township residents must be made to the township office no later than
July 18. . The cost is $160 for 16 yards yard
The Fall Clean Up date was set for Saturday, September 27.
Date for next meeting is Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 6:00 PM.
Ray motioned and Don seconded for the meeting to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
