TOWN OF KICKAPOO
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
August 15, 2008
Attendees: Ken Anderson, Ray Key, Don Clements, Karene Uhe, Harley McMillen,
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Proof of proper notice was given.
Minutes from the July 30, 2008 were approved as read.
Approve accounts payable by a motion of Kan Anderson and seconded by Ray Key.
The Board determined that we would need to be ordering at a minimum 15 loads of gravel for the completion of the year.
Work is progressing on the FEMA Application.
The chairman announced that seal coating will begin the 2nd week of August. Scott Construction announced that they would probably not be able to do any private driveways. They will make this determination at the end of their work from the various villages and cities they gave contracted with.
Date for next meeting is Friday, August 29 at 6:00 PM.
Ken Anderson made a motion to adjourn and Ray Key seconded the motion.. The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 PM.
