REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
August 29,2008
Attendees: Ken Anderson, Ray Key, Don Clements, Karene Uhe, Harley McMillen, Eric Gilgenbach,Jeff Clements, Ray Hummel. Fred Olson, Ken Walker, Jason Hirschfield,Hank Cimaelio
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Proof of proper notice was given.
Minutes from the August 15, 2008 were approved as read.
Approve accounts payable by a motion of Ken Anderson and seconded by Ray Key.
The treasurer gave her report.
Work is progressing on the FEMA Application.
Date for next meeting is Friday, September 16 at 6:00 PM.
Don Clements made a motion to adjourn and Ray Key seconded the motion.. The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM.
