TOWN OF KICKAPOO
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
September 16, 2008
Attendees: Ken Anderson, Ray Key, Don Clements, Karene Uhe, Harley McMillen, Eric Gilgenbach, David O'Donnell, Doreen O'Donnell, Ray Hummel. Fred Olson, Ken Walker, Henry Cimaelio, Steve Burns, Larry Coleman, Keith Larson, Andy Hankins, Burdette Nelson, Tina Nelson, Donald Townsend, Jr.., Jim Holmberg
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Proof of proper notice was given.
Minutes from the August 29, 2008 were approved as read.
Approve accounts payable by a motion of Don Clements and seconded by Ken Anderson
Ray Key made a motion and seconded by Ken Anderson to reinstate Steve Clements at the salary and benefit level he had when he left. Motion carried. Ken Anderson reported than a second highway patrolman had been hired with a 90 probation period.
Work is being finalized on the FEMA Application.
The board was waiting for the attorney of the township to provide legal guidance regarding permit issuance and Board members being paid at the dump.
Date for next meeting is Tuesday September 23 at 6:00 PM.
Don Clements made a motion to adjourn and Ray Key seconded the motion.. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
