TOWN OF KICKAPOO
REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Kickapoo Town Hall, Readstown, Wisconsin
October 9, 2008
Attendees: Ken Anderson, Ray Key, Don Clements, Karene Uhe, Harley McMillen, Eric Gilenbach, Titus Yoder, Hank Cimaglic, Ron Nash, Ray Hummel, Bruce Hanson, Hugh Harper, Laura Meeks, Bill Meeks, Jim Holmberg
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM. Proof of proper notice was given.
Minutes from the September 23, 2008 were approved as read.
Approve accounts payable by a motion of Ray Key and seconded by Ken Anderson
Motion to form a personnel committee was tabled for the next meeting
Animal Care Service Provider Contract with the Vernon County Humane Society, Inc.
was approved by a motion of Ken Anderson and seconded by Ray Key.
The Southwest Sanitation Garbage and Pick Up Proposal was tabled until the next meeting.
Next meeting was set October 21, Tuesday at 6:00 PM
Ken Anderson made a motion to adjourn and Ray Key seconded the motion.. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM.
