Attendees: Jeff Clements, Burdette Nelson, Andy Kellogg, Kyle Gibbons of Scott Construction.
Meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M.
Moore Road was reviewed and determined that there was 3,834 feet to be seal coated. 21 feet top cost is $22,186.86 and 18 feet was $19,978.97. Includes two coats.
Sugar Grove Road was reviewed and a single coat with a 22 feet top would be $18,026.25 with a single top.
